Dr. Kotomori is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry (Specializes in Adults and Children). As such he is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of Psychiatric Disorders including but not limited to the following. Childhood Conditions - Reactive Attachment Disorder, Behavioral Problems, ADHD, Autism, Mental Retardation, Learning Disorders. Mood disorders - Depression and Bipolar Disorders Anxiety disorders - Generalized Anxiety, Social Phobia, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Separation Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and others.     Emma Girard Psy.D. Dr.Girard is one of Riverside's only Psychologists certified to provide Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a well researched and effective form of therapy designed to address the relationship between the primary care giver and the child; usually for younger children and their mothers. With our group she is able to bring this treatment from the Universities, where it was developed and researched, to the communities, where its practice will have the largest impact. She also provides Individual, Couples, Family, and Child Therapy.
